Role Overview



To support our ambitious growth plans we are expanding our Finance Business Partner team, hiring for someone who will be the go-to person for all things cost-related, working across Delivery, Product Engineering and central teams (HR, Finance, Legal etc). You'll work closely with the budget owners in these areas to make sure we're investing wisely and operating efficiently.

Responsibilities



Partnering with teams to understand how and where we're spending and how we can do it better. Leading the budgeting and forecasting process for OpEx, headcount, and overheads. Building out cost models and working on key metrics like gross margin Spotting risks and opportunities in the numbers before they become a problem. Helping teams build business cases for investment or new tooling and being that friendly finance voice who can challenge and support in equal measure. Creating dashboards and reports that people actually want to read (and use). Working with procurement and operations to ensure cost efficiency as we scale.

What are we looking for?



Experience:





Proven commercial finance experience

(accountancy qualification is a nice to have) Experience working within a

global business.

Business partner mindset

, working strategically with the Exec team and their reports to understand their needs/goals, advising on how best to achieve this, challenging their thought process. Experience working in a

high growth tech/SaaS business,

you understand the business context and how finance can bring value to business decisions

Advanced Excel user

and familiarity with systems like Anaplan and NetSuite
