Hybrid in Thame, at home and occasional travel to visit locations nationally. (Office days Wednesday and Friday)

Salary:

40,000 - 43,000 per year

With us, you will be:

Working side-by-side with internal customers to bring financial insight into day-to-day decisions Identifying trends, risks, and opportunities, then communicating information to colleagues Simplifying complex data so it's easy for non-finance people to understand and use Building great relationships across the business as a trusted partner

What we're looking for:

Strong Excel and analysis skills, you're great with the detail but always focused on the bigger picture Confidence working with colleagues at all levels and explaining financial concepts clearly A proactive mindset, you like to get stuck in and make things better A finance qualification (like CIMA, ACCA, or ACA) or equivalent experience Ideally, at least one year of experience as a Management Accountant
