Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Finance Business Partner to join a manufacturing business on a 15 month fixed-term contract (with potential for extension or to become permanent). The role involves supporting senior stakeholders within operations to drive financial insights, and ensuring effective decision-making.
- Support Finance Director with operational and project finance needs
- Provide financial insights to improve efficiency and decision-making
- Partner with Project Managers to support with budgets and forecasts
- Prepare business cases, ROI calculations, and financial models
- Track budgets, projects, and variances; provide analysis and recommendations
- Manage inventory provision and write-offs with Supply Chain
- Advise leaders on accounting and reporting matters
- Prepare monthly capex reports and rolling forecasts
- Ensure compliance with financial controls and policies
- Support internal and external audits
A successful Finance Business Partner should have:
- A relevant CIMA, ACCA or ACA qualification.
- Experience gained in a similar finance business partnering role.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with stakeholders effectively.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Salary in the region of 55,000 to 60,000 plus bonus.
