We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Finance Partner to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in guiding financial strategies and ensuring robust financial management across the organisation. This position requires a strong background in financial accounting and services, alongside exceptional leadership and organisational skills. The Finance Partner will collaborate with various departments to drive financial performance and support strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the organisation's goals. Manage financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes to ensure accuracy and compliance. Provide insightful analysis of financial performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance financial understanding and accountability. Lead initiatives to optimise financial operations and improve efficiency. Ensure adherence to financial regulations and standards within the organisation.

Requirements

At least 3 years experience in similar role. CIMA or ACCA qualified. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Demonstrated leadership capabilities, fostering collaboration across teams. Strong analytical skills with a focus on delivering actionable insights. Excel to an advanced level. SAP B1 experience would be an advantage.
