Job Description
The Temporary Finance Business Partner will take ownership of the General Ledger and financial reporting at their site in Warrington. The role combines hands?on management accounting, monthly close activity, audit preparation, and business partnering across both Finance and operational teams.
ThIS Finance Business Partner is a temporary role based in Warrington. The position is particularly busy at month?end. The remainder of the month focuses on investigation work, resolving issues identified during the close, and supporting ICRF. Duties include:
- Ownership of the Nominal Ledger and reporting
- Preparation of monthly reporting packs
- Bank reconciliations and balance sheet preparation/reconciliation
- VAT support and international reporting
- Preparation for internal and external audits
- Inventory valuation work
- Participation in monthly and quarterly business reviews
- Providing cover across the General Ledger team when required
A successful Finance Business Partner should have:
- Manufacutring (desirable)
- Immediately available
- Strong General Ledger management experience
- VAT & Intrastat experience
- Strong Excel capability
- ERP system knowledge
- Analytical mind?set with strong problem?solving skills
- Confident communication skills, including presenting
