Job Description
A fantastic opportunity for a senior finance professional to join a progressive organisation as a Finance Business Partner, supporting operational performance across a UK-wide, multi-site business.
This strategic role will act as the primary financial partner to divisional management, focusing on performance analysis, commercial insight, and business improvement.
What will the Finance Business Partner role involve?
- Build strong relationships across operational and group functions, acting as a trusted business partner
- Analyse and interpret financial performance data, identifying risks and opportunities to drive profit and efficiency
- Collaborate with divisional performance leaders to support, challenge, and enhance delivery against financial targets
- Lead regular P&L and operational review meetings, driving accountability and continuous improvement
- Support annual budgeting and in-year forecasting across operational divisions
- ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified
- Proven experience in a Finance Business Partnering role, preferably in a multi-site, consumer-facing environment
- Exceptional communication skills - able to engage finance and non-finance stakeholders alike
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills; confident using BI tools (Power BI, Cognos) and ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics)
