This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly acquisitive, private-equity-backed healthcare organisation undergoing rapid growth. Working closely with a dynamic and commercially focused CFO, the Finance Business Partner will play a key role in supporting strategic decision-making, driving financial performance, and ensuring robust financial oversight across new and existing projects.
What will the Finance Business Partner role involve?

• Lead preparation of annual budgets, reforecasts, and long-term financial plans
• Develop and maintain rolling cashflow forecasts to support operational and investment decisions
• Produce insightful financial analysis, KPIs, and performance dashboards for senior leadership and PE stakeholders
• Act as a trusted advisor to operational teams, supporting them with financial insight to improve performance
• Challenge assumptions, highlight risks, and identify opportunities for margin improvement and cost optimisation
• Build strong relationships across finance, operations, and project teams
• Support financial modelling and due diligence for ongoing acquisitions
• Assist with post-acquisition integration, ensuring new entities are aligned with group financial processes and reporting standards
• Provide financial oversight on project spend and investment cases
• Monitor capital expenditure, project budgets, and ROI analyses
• Ensure robust tracking and governance around project spend, including presenting variances and corrective actions
• Work closely with the CFO on strategic initiatives, business cases, and investment decks
• Prepare accurate monthly management accounts, commentary, and variance analysis

Suitable candidate for the Finance Business Partner vacancy:

• Part-qualified or fully qualified (ACCA/CIMA/ACA)
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
• Experience working in a PE-backed, fast-paced, or growth environment (desirable)
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate numbers into insight
• Confident, commercially minded, and comfortable challenging stakeholders
• Highly proactive with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
