What you'll do:

Act as a trusted advisor to site and divisional stakeholders, building strong relationships to influence decision-making. Drive financial performance by analyzing forecasts, actuals, and key business drivers to provide forward-looking insights. Champion continuous improvement by refining financial processes, schedules, and reporting tools. Promote financial stewardship by supporting cost control initiatives and improving forecast accuracy. Collaborate closely with the Plant Controller to support all aspects of financial planning and analysis. Be a visible presence across the site, ensuring Finance adds real value to the business.

Qualifications:

CIMA or equivalent professional accounting qualification Previous experience in accounting or finance roles in a manufacturing environment Previous Finance Business partnering experience is desirable

SAP and Excel skills Strong commercial and business acumen Excellent cross-functional communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to drive change and influence stakeholders
