Summary

Easy Bathrooms is seeking a detail-oriented Finance Clerk to join our growing finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate processing of financial transactions, supporting reconciliations, and delivering high-quality customer service to our stores and customers.

Responsibilities

Processing and allocating payments from stores, suppliers, and customers Reconciling accounts, including bank, supplier, and customer ledgers Handling finance queries by phone and email in a polite, professional manner Preparing invoices, receipts, and credit notes as required Maintaining up-to-date and accurate financial records Assisting with month-end reports and finance team projects Investigating and resolving discrepancies in financial data Supporting ad-hoc financial administration as needed

Requirements

Experience in a finance, accounts, or administrative role (minimum 2 years preferred) Strong knowledge of financial procedures and reconciliation processes Proficient in MS Office and accounting software (e.g., Sage, QuickBooks or similar) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy Ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively Positive, proactive attitude and customer service skills
