What Makes Our Process Different?

No CV Bias: We're changing the game. Your CV will need to be attached but won't be seen by the hiring team until the final stage of the recruitment process. We focus on potential, not past experience.

What Will Your Day Look Like?

You'll begin your first placement at a Siemens location in the UK, we encourage office presence to help you learn, connect, and thrive. We offer 2-3 days working remotely as well! As a Finance and Commercial Graduate, you'll dive right into the core of our organisation. No coffee runs or sidelines here - you'll gain hands-on experience from day one, setting you up for success.

Embark upon two 12-month placements across UK offices, with locations chosen by Siemens. Each time you are required to move, you'll receive a relocation allowance paid monthly to support you. Alongside hands-on experience, you'll work toward a professional accounting qualification, with salary increases of 1,000-3,000 at each level passed. On completing the programme, you'll be ready to launch a rewarding career at Siemens.

Each placement and business area varies but your daily duties can include but are not limited to:Using SAP to analyse current Siemens financial data. Using Excel to build financial reports and guide financial performance. Supporting the wider finance team specifically Management and Project Accountants. Studying towards your accounting qualification or other training & development courses.

What We're Looking For

We welcome applicants from all backgrounds. If you're curious, motivated, and ready to learn, we want to hear from you.Gained or on track to achieve a 2:2 or above in a Finance/Accounting Degree. Experience working within a finance-related department would be advantageous but not crucial. You approach problems with clear logic, are eager to self-learn and research, and consistently adopt a forward-thinking mentality. You are flexible, and adaptable and happy to relocate to different parts of the UK for this programme. You demonstrate the ability to work independently, safely, and responsibly. You own your challenges and ideas, and you are eager to enhance your skills in driving and leading change. You enjoy collaborating with others to find innovative solutions
