Reporting to the Managing Director, this position will play a critical role in shaping the financial strategy. You will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, ensuring financial health and supporting the senior leadership team with data driven decision making. This is a hands-on role in a dynamic environment, requiring a blend of strategic vision and operational expertise.

About you:



The successful candidate should be ACCA/CA/CIMA Qualified and have proven experience in a senior finance role, ideally within a fast-paced environment. Strong knowledge of financial management, corporate finance and regulatory compliance is essential, as well as possessing a commercial mindset with experience in pricing, profitability analysis and business strategy.

Previous experience in the whisky industry, or similar food & beverage business as well as experience with Sage 200 is desirable.

This position requires exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence and challenge at all levels as well as create a supportive environment, providing hands on support and coaching to develop your team.
