Finance Director
Job Description
Hands on Finance Director with the ability to be in the detail whilst providing strategic direction to the Senior Management Team.
This is a pivotal leadership role with a clear pathway to CFO as the business scales.
You'll lead financial management, regulatory compliance, and system transformation projects, including a major platform migration and process overhaul. The role combines operational delivery with long-term strategic influence, supporting growth through robust controls, insightful reporting, and modernised systems.

- Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with senior leadership experience in an FCA regulated environment.
- Proven track record in financial systems implementation and data reconciliation.
- Strong governance, compliance, and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on approach with the ability to drive change and deliver results.
Located in the East Midlands (Onsite, 5 days per week) Easily Commutable from Leicester, Loughborough, Nottingham, Grantham, Peterborough, Northampton.
