Job Description
This Interim Finance Director will support this Not for Profit through a period of change and transformation, experience within a similar role is essential.
- Lead the financial planning and budgeting processes to align with organisational objectives.
- Oversee the preparation of accurate financial reports and statutory accounts.
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and reporting standards.
- Manage relationships with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
- Provide strategic financial advice to the executive team and trustees.
- Monitor cash flow and financial performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
- Support the wider team in understanding financial data and implications.
- Professional accounting qualifications (e.g., ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).
- Experience in financial leadership roles within the not-for-profit sector.
- Experience in Team restructuring and culture change.
- Stakeholder and board management.
- Supplier Procurement experience for cost saving.
- Cost Transformation experience.
- Competitive salary of approximately 70,000 to 80,000 per annum.
- Fixed-term contract: 6-12 months
- 2 days a month in the office in Central London.
