Job Description
- Oversee the Accounting & Finance department, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Manage cash flow, investments, and financial risk.
- Provide accurate financial reporting and analysis to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for cost optimisation and revenue growth.
- Ensure the effective use of financial systems and tools within the organisation.
- Support decision-making through data-driven financial insights.
A successful Finance Director should have:
- A strong background in Accounting & Finance within the Technology & Telecoms industry.
- Proven expertise in financial strategy, reporting, and analysis.
- Professional qualifications in finance or accounting (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
- Experience in leading financial teams and managing complex budgets.
- The ability to communicate financial insights effectively to stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics is advantageous, but not essential
- Competitive salary range of 130,000 to 150,000 per annum.
- Performance-based bonus structure.
