New Finance Director role

Reigate area, Surrey
- 85-120,000 plus up to 40% bonus
- 4 days on-site
We are exclusively recruiting a new Finance Director for a dynamic and growing SME (part of a PLC) in the Reigate area, Surrey (4 days onsite). The role is 50/50 commercial & strategic versus reporting. It partners the MD and board to drive strategic growth and revenue and takes full responsibility for all financial aspects of the business, as well as some non-finance teams.
Role responsibilities include:

Contributing to Board Level leadership of the firm.
Accountable for Finance and non-finance teams (10-15 people).
Oversee of monthly and annual reporting, the annual budget process, ensuring financial regulations and standards, and managing legal and financial risk.
Lead and develop staff, fostering a high-performance and ethical work environment.

Candidates need to be:

Fully qualified ACA with experience of IFRS
Currently FD level (or senior FC)
5+ years post qualified experience
SME experience a must
Personality and communication skills need to be outstanding, as well as being a leader who is adaptable, people-focused, and able to manage non-finance staff.

This is an interesting and varied value-adding FD role working for a business who have plans to grow. Candidates should be locally based due to the 4 days onsite element (flexible start and finish times). 85,000 - 120,000 p/a plus bonus (up to 40%) and excellent benefits package (incl. private medical cover).
