The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Finance Director to join our UK leadership team. This is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing all financial operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing strategic financial guidance to support Diaverum's growth and operational excellence. The Finance Director will also serve as a member of the Diaverum UK Board of Directors.

Key Responsibilities (inc but not limited to..)

Lead financial planning, reporting, and compliance in line with IFRS and local standards Oversee payroll, tax, treasury, and risk management functions Drive performance improvement through business control and strategic planning Support M&A activity, including financial due diligence and integration Foster a high-performing finance team and promote continuous improvement Collaborate with international finance leaders across Europe and LatAm

What We're Looking For

Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA / CCAB) Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role, ideally within healthcare but other sectors considered. Strong background in accounting, tax, treasury, and business control Experience working in international environments and reporting to global HQs Proficiency in financial systems and tools (e.g. Power BI, Kinetic, Aaro) Commercially driven, adaptable, and a strategic thinker Flexibility to work at both an operational and strategic level
