Job Description
A superb Finance Director role has arisen in a fascinating SAAS business based near Uxbridge
- Budgeting, forecasting and long term planning
- Business partner to management team
- Lead financial input with sales and marketing
- Support pricing and contract negotiations
- Cash management
- Define, refine and embed a robust control environment
- Oversee the statutory reporting and consolidated accounts
- Lead on the UK audit
- 3rd party relationship management
- A fully qualified accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA)
- Demonstrable head of finance experience
- Broad skillset - technical and commercial finance
- Recent SAAS experience is a distinct advantage
- Able to build relationships at all levels and influence
- USGAAP
