Duties will include:-
Responsibility of the Finance Director role:-

• Oversee the finance function and ensure the group's policies and procedures are adhered to
• Oversee FP&A, budgeting, reporting, and compliance
• Work closely with the CEO and senior management team on strategy and business development
• Develop and implement a financial strategy
• Develop and maintain financial planning and strategic vision
• Lead the budgeting process and forecasting
• Present financial reports to the Board
• Compliance with financial regulations
• Risk management, control and compliance risk
• Spearhead the statutory year end liaising with auditors

Requirements of the Finance Director role:-

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified with at least 8 years PQE
• Professional services/consultancy background
• SME background hands on to manage the entire finance function
• Advanced Excel skills
• First rate communication skills
