The role



We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive

Finance Executive - Account Payables

to join our Finance team from the

UK

. The role will focus primarily on Accounts Payables, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with financial and tax regulations. This is a hands-on position, ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality work. This role is part of a finance team supporting entities based in

the UK and internationally.



What you'll be doing



Process and verify supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and appropriate approvals Maintain vendor records and manage supplier relationships Prepare and execute payment runs in accordance with company policies and timelines Reconcile supplier accounts and resolve invoice/payment discrepancies Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to Accounts Payable Assist with reconciliations, accruals, and other accounting tasks as required Support internal and external audits by preparing necessary documentation Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the Finance team Requirements Relevant educational background in accounting, finance, or a related field

Who we're looking for



Proven experience in accounts payable Experience using ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Proficient in accounting software and MS Office (especially Excel) High attention to detail and accuracy Strong organisational and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Openness to working in an international environment Having qualification such as AAT, BSc in Finance or ACCA will be considered an advantage
N.B.: This role is part of a finance team supporting entities based in UK and internationally. The position requires flexibility and adaptability to work with different accounting systems across multiple jurisdictions.
