We're recruiting for a Finance Executive to join our Finance department at our Melksham office. You will be joining a warm and friendly team of three experienced professionals.
You will be responsible for your own set of tasks which will include:
Authorising payments
Carrying out banking duties as required
Preparing financial reports
Creating monthly internal news posts
Database cleansing and management
Archiving storage management
Monitoring and reviewing stationery orders and their associated costs
Supporting the HR department with Sage Payroll
In addition to the above, you will also support the team with various tasks that may include:
Daily finance tasks such as bank reconciliations, online banking, paying suppliers and staff expenses.
Credit control to include compiling letters, making and receiving telephone calls and diary management.
Your Experience and Qualifications
We are looking for an individual who has previous understanding and experience of Accounting procedures. Full training will be provided so you do not need to necessarily have prior experience of working in a legal environment.
Excellent IT, administration and organisational skills are essential, alongside having the ability to work well under pressure and remain focussed.
The role will require you to liaise and work with a wide range of employees across the firm, so having the confidence to communicate on all levels is required.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: 26,000.00-29,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 19.75 - 36.25 per week
