It affords successful candidates a dynamic and challenging work environment whilst helping them develop knowledge of the industry alongside supporting their study for the professional qualification - CIMA.
Opportunity Details
You will complete 4 rotations throughout the 3 years covering the following areas:
Factory - Learn the core operations of the business at one of our sites throughout the UK. Candidates will gain an in-depth understanding of all processes within the factory and will be able to relate these learnings to different aspects of factory finance, including management accounts, product costings and KPI analysis.
Internal Audit - The Internal Audit function provides candidates with the opportunity to travel throughout Europe. Learning on the job from a number of experienced senior staff, you will focus on reviewing all controls at site level, ensuring business risks are minimised.
Business Support Office - An opportunity to learn from and work with the centralised functions at our Support Office based in the Midlands. Candidates will learn how to consolidate group monthly accounts and produce financial reports for board the Board of Directors.
Project - An opportunity to take the lead on a project to be decided at the time by the Finance Director.
Post the operational rotations, you will be fully integrated into the Finance team in order to gain hands on experience, to maximise the learning opportunity and to be able to make a difference.
Key interfaces and relationships will include teams working within Commercial, NPD, Site Operations, Agriculture and Technical disciplines.

Knowledge & Experience
We're looking for Finance or related graduates that are:

Highly computer literate
Due to the remoteness of some of our factories we are seeking candidates that hold a full UK driving licence
