The Opportunity

This position is your gateway into the dynamic world of finance. You'll rotate across core finance functions - from accounting and compliance to commercial finance and strategic bids. You'll build strong foundations while working alongside experienced professionals and gaining exposure to senior leadership from day one.


We'll fully support your CIMA qualification, giving you the study time, funding, and mentoring to succeed - while accelerating your real-world experience across multiple finance disciplines.

You'll need:


A degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field (2:1 or above) A clear interest in pursuing a career in finance Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset Initiative, adaptability, and a genuine drive to develop
