at our Howden site in East Riding of Yorkshire. This is an exciting opportunity to start your career with a FTSE 100 business as we recruit Finance Graduates for the third consecutive year.



If you're a graduate with a passion for finance, our three-year programme is the ideal first step towards becoming a qualified accountant. You'll gain hands-on experience across both our commercial and operational finance teams, contributing to real projects while working towards a professional qualification (CIMA or ACCA). As a Finance Graduate, you'll benefit from structured training, tailored development opportunities, and guidance from our experienced finance teams, providing a strong foundation for a rewarding career in finance.

A degree in any subject, a finance-specific degree is not essential Confident communication and excellent interpersonal skills Analytical mindset and attention to detail Strong organisational and time management abilities Drive and resilience Customer focus with great problem-solving skills Collaborative working and a solution-focused outlook
