Key Responsibilities What will you gain exposure to?

This 3-year graduate programme provides a unique opportunity to be supported by Sage through a professional CIMA qualification whilst learning on-the-job how these studies relate to a variety of Finance roles in a fast-paced software business.

Throughout the scheme, you will complete three placements within different areas of Sage\'s finance team to gain valuable insight into a broad range of roles. Building your network across the business, you\'ll be ideally placed to set you up for success in Finance at Sage and beyond.

You will develop your technical accounting skills, supporting analytics, processing transactions, and supporting the preparation of reports. Alongside these technical skills, you\'ll also work closely with a wide range of stakeholders both inside and outside of Sage, so will have the opportunity to develop your communication and influencing skills.

Whilst gaining unrivalled hands-on experience, your studies will help underpin your knowledge, and you\'ll be coached and mentored to really set your career on the right path.

The successful candidate will be keen to self-develop, enthusiastic and look to thrive in an inclusive and supportive environment.

Entry Requirements (These will help you thrive in the role)

  • 2:1 or above in in Finance or Mathematics, or any degree with a demonstrated interest and passion
  • Keen interest in pursuing a career in Finance.
  • Innovative and analytical mindset.
  • Adaptability and flexibility.
  • Teamworking and collaboration.
  • Desire to learn and make an impact.
  • Communication skills.
