We're looking for a Finance Graduate to join our Finance Functional teams. This is a permanent, full-time 2-year programme where you will spend 1 year in our Group Finance team (likely based in Rushden, Manchester or London but can be flexible) and your second year in a Business Division Finance Team (location to be confirmed but can be flexible).



During the graduate programme you will get experience and exposure to different elements of the Finance function, and we will support you towards your CIMA qualifications.

Starting Salary:

30,000 per annum


Pathway:

Permanent, Full-time 2-year programme, leading to assistant level role upon completion with salary potential of CIRCA 38k

September 2026

What you will be responsible for?





Working in construction doesn't always mean wearing hi-vis jackets and hard hats!



As a Finance Graduate, you'll be initially working within the Group Finance Team supporting the teams across audit, tax and corporate finance.



After your first year you will then move on to work in one of our Business Division Finance Teams supporting them in operational finance delivery.

We're looking for people due to graduate in 2026, or have recently graduated within the past three years, with a degree in Finance or Business related degree
