About the Programme

Our Finance Graduate Programme is designed to develop the next generation of finance leaders. Over the course of the programme, you'll gain hands-on experience across our finance functions -- including Management Accounting, Financial Accounting, financial management, and risk management.

You'll work on real projects, complete your CIMA qualification, and receive tailored training and mentorship to build a strong foundation for your career. You'll also rotate across our business units -- Muller Milk & Ingredients (MMI) and Muller Services Limited (MSL) -- giving you a broad understanding of our operations and strategic priorities.

Achieve Your CIMA Qualification: Fully supported and structured to help you succeed in becoming a qualified financial professional Gain Diverse Experience: Complete rotations in core finance areas such as Management Accounting and Financial Accounting with exposure to financial management, risk management, and process improvement Experience Different Business Areas: Engage in placement across Muller UK operations, giving you a holistic view of our dynamic business and deep insights into how we operate Benefit from Mentorship: You'll have a dedicated mentor to guide and support you throughout your journey Join Our Early Careers Development Programme: Be part of a community of driven young professionals, benefiting from peer support and networking

Need?

To be part of Muller's Finance Graduate Programme, you will need:

A STEM or business-related degree: at 2:1 or above, completed within the last three years Travel: Flexibility to travel to other Muller sites for the purpose of project work or learning activities with expenses covered UK Driver's License: Must hold a full UK driving license for at least one year UK Residency: Eligibility to work in the UK and not be in any full-time education. (Please note this role is not eligible for sponsorship as the salary falls below the required threshold.) Consumer focus: Consumer focused approach and collaborative spirit Curiosity: Curiosity to learn and the ambition to make an impact Analytical skills: Analytical skills and a strong sense of business acumen
