A fantastic permanent opportunity for a full time Finance Junior role based in Wilmslow. Happy to consider junior candidates or experienced candidates looking to broaden experience.

• Prepare and distribute financial reports, variance analyses, and business performance indicators in line with established timetables.
• Support the preparation and posting of journal entries.
• Contribute to monthly management reporting and period-end close activities.
• Assist in performing regular balance sheet reconciliations.
• Provide additional support to the Finance team and broader business functions including payroll.
• Assist in preparing periodic cash flows, budgets, and financial forecasts.
• Support with the preparation of the annual audit process and related requests.
• Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of financial information in line with Company procedures.
• Contribute to improving systems, controls, and processes

A successful Finance Junior should have:

• Either basic finance experience or relevant finance studies.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial tasks.
• Proficiency in using financial software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• A willingness to learn and develop within the accounting and finance field.
