Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity for a Finance Manager to bring their expertise to a role within the property sector. Based in London, you will oversee financial operations and contribute to strategic decision-making within the organisation.
- Oversee and manage all financial operations, including budgeting and forecasting.
- Prepare accurate financial reports to support business decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and guidance.
- Manage cash flow and oversee reconciliation processes.
- Lead the preparation of annual accounts and liaise with external auditors.
- Implement financial controls and identify areas for process improvement.

A successful Finance Manager should have:
- Qualified Accountant (ACAACA, ACCAACCA or equivalent)
- Strong analyticalanalytical skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with teams and stakeholders.
