Job Description

Rokform group are a Bristol based company with multiple businesses across the property sector, including development, investment, mortgage brokerage, private lending & scaffolding.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced part time Finance Manager to oversee the finance department of our group. The hours of work are flexible for the right candidate and we offer a hybrid role working from home and in office.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial planning, reporting, managing data in excel, reporting to clients and investors, along with ensuring all bookkeeping on Xero are updated regularly. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a proactive leader with strong expertise in financial management and accounting to contribute to the organisation's growth and stability.

Duties



Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with organisational goals. Oversee all aspects of financial management including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Manage accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Monitor costs and implement cost control measures to optimise organisational efficiency. Lead the preparation of financial statements in accordance with relevant accounting standards. Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and internal policies. Collaborate with the management team to support business development initiatives through sound financial advice across the group. Liaise with external auditors, investors, and financial institutions as required.

Skills



Proven expertise in financial management and accounting principles. Extensive experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting. Proficiency in managing accounts payable processes and cost control strategies. Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate insights effectively. Knowledge of financial services regulations and compliance requirements. Strategic thinker capable of making informed decisions under pressure. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of finance operations within a dynamic organisation, demonstrating professionalism, integrity, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 18.00-22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 24 per week
