Job Summary


We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic

Finance Manage

r to oversee our businesses financial department. The ideal candidate will possess the skills to produce timely accurate financial reporting information proactively.

This role involves leading the Finance team, liase with manages across the business, maintain controls and liasie with external third parties. The Finance Manager will play a pivotal role in strategic decision-making, proactively supporting the team in understanding the businesses standings, reporting KPI information on a regular basis and maintaining adherence to all relevant financial regulations and standards.

Responsibilities



Oversee the day to day management of the Finance Department Ensure that financial integrity, compliance and completeness is maintained at all times Ensure that relevant financial controls, policies and procedures are maintained at all times; being revised and amended as and when appropriate Produce financial accounts and management information, including forecasts, in accordance with the business' requirementst To manage the Company's banking arrangements, including the preparation of cash flow forecast, in accordance with the Company's needs and requirements Ensure the fixed asset registers are aligned with the financial records Oversee the financial requirements of sister companies Liaise with external bodies, including but not limited to : Auditors; Bank; HMRC Produce and discuss with the respective managers the Contribution statements Work closely with the Management Accountant in developing the Company's IT and software packages Produce and influence KPI data in support of achieving Business Plan

Person Specification

:

Be suitably qualified either by experience or a professional qualification Have experience of running a finance department Have experience of liaison third parties : Bank, Investors, Auditors Have experience of a process driven operation Have experience of systems and reporting development. A results driven team player Having attention to detail, being analytical, able to work autonomously, effectively prioritising workloads, able to work under pressure and to deadlines A strong business acumen with the ability to use initiative. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence others Pro-active, organised and meticulous Capable of critical thinking and challenging as appropriate Enjoy working in a fast paced environment, being flexible and adaptable, responding well to change Must be discreet and sensitive to confidential information
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 48,000.00-55,000.00 per year
