About Us

Allied Global Engineering Group is a growing group of five operating businesses generating a combined annual turnover of 5 million. We operate in sectors where tight margins and close cash management are the norm. We're seeking a pragmatic, commercially sharp Finance Manager to partner with our Group CEO and help drive performance, discipline, and results across the group.

Key Responsibilities

Own group-wide

cashflow forecasting and liquidity management

Monitor and improve

gross profit margins

and

control overheads

Deliver monthly

management accounts

and

KPI dashboards

Develop and manage

budgets

,

forecasts

, and

financial models

Provide strategic support to directors across all five operating companies Ensure compliance with

statutory

,

tax

, and

audit

requirements Identify

cost-saving opportunities

and implement control frameworks

What We're Looking For

Proven experience managing finances in

multi-entity SMEs

or group structures Strong track record in

cash-intensive

and

low-margin environments

Excellent commercial insight: can challenge, guide, and drive decision-making Proficient in accounting systems and

advanced Excel

financial modeling Confident communicator who can

influence at board level

Comfortable operating in

lean, fast-paced

environments Qualified or part-qualified accountant (CIMA / ACCA / ACA) desirable but not essential

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 48,000.00-55,000.00 per year
