This is an individual role which covers all of the accounts within the business, the candidate must be able to show previous experience that has covered all roles in a time affiant manor and accurately.

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Finance Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing financial operations, ensuring the organisation's financial health, and providing strategic guidance to enhance profitability. This position requires strong leadership abilities and a comprehensive understanding of financial management principles.

Duties

Manage all daily financial accounting functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations. Develop and implement financial planning strategies to support the organisation's growth objectives. Purchase and sales ledger Oversee financial management activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Implement cost control measures to optimise operational efficiency and reduce unnecessary expenditures. Prepare detailed financial reports for senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and trends.

Requirements

Proven experience in financial accounting and management within a similar role. Strong knowledge of financial planning principles and practices. Experience in the financial services sector is advantageous. Proficient in cost control methodologies and best practices. Solid understanding of accounts payable processes and systems. Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
