We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing the financial operations of the organisation, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and providing strategic guidance to support business growth. This position requires strong expertise in financial management and proficiency with various accounting software.
Duties
Experience with Xero software
Raising invoices and chasing payments (Approx 10 clients)
Reconciling accounts
Processing supplier payments and Invoices
Controlling bank accounts
Creating job costings via Xero nominal codes
Payroll via external accountants
Reconciling credit cards and expenses
Monthly figures to be entered on report
VAT Checks and submissions
P & L account reports via Xero
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role in finance.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in accounting software including Xero is essential.
Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
A qualification in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred, CIMA, ACCA, L4 AAT or qualified by experience
