An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a growing and innovative business. This role is ideal for a fully qualified Management Accountant or an experienced Finance Manager.
Role Overview:
- Lead and mentor a small finance team
- Take full ownership of the monthly management accounts
- Lead the month-end close across multiple entities
- Produce high-quality financial statements
- Coordinate audit deliverables and year-end reporting requirements
- Oversee wider financial operations
- Support cash flow forecasting and contribute to broader financial risk management
- Drive continuous improvement across financial processes and systems
Fully ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified
Proven leadership experience within a growing or multi-entity environment
Commercially astute with strong analytical capability
Proactive, process-driven, and confident implementing improvements
