As our Finance Manager & Business Performance Partner, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing day-to-day financial operations whilst supporting the wider business with key decision-making processes within a fast-paced organisation.


THE ROLE





This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Finance Manager & Business Performance Partner to join the Finance team within Form3.



This role will act as a key partner across the organisation, driving financial excellence whilst also impacting business performance by supporting key decision-making processes.



With a strong background in financial management and business partnering, you will hold responsibility for overseeing day-to-day financial operations and supporting the wider business through analysis, planning, and identifying and recommending strategies for improvement.


Key Responsibilities





Financial Management:


Oversee all financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and analysis. Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Manage the annual audit process, acting as the key liaison for external Auditors. Develop and implement internal control policies and procedures to safeguard company assets. Provide robust financial modelling and analysis to support strategic decision-making. Drive the implementation and continuous improvement of financial systems and processes. Prepare and deliver financial reports and presentations to senior stakeholders.

Business Performance:


Partner with Leaders from across the business to develop and execute strategic plans. Analyse performance data, identify trends and recommend actions to enhance business outcomes. Support company-wide engagement with Objectives & Key Results (OKRs), and track impact and progress towards company goals. Conduct variance analyses and offer insights into financial performance against budget and forecast. Play a key role in the development and refinement of the company's strategic roadmap.

WE'RE LOOKING FOR




Essential





Form3's Finance team is a critical function within the business, so we are looking for a Finance Manager & Business Performance Partner with prior experience in financial governance, who also brings expertise in enabling growth and executing company strategy.


Fully qualified Accountant (CIMA; ACA; ACCA) with a strong foundation of technical knowledge. Trained within the Big 4, evidencing best-practice standards. 2+ years' post-qualification experience working within a Finance role. Proven expertise in financial analysis, with the ability to derive insights and support strategic decisions. Experience managing monthly reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Hands-on knowledge of billing, payments and transactional finance operations. Skilled in preparing group management accounts, including intercompany accounting. Strong communicator, with a track record of effective stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration. Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities whilst still delivering to tight deadlines.

Desirable




People Management experience, with the ability to lead, mentor and develop high-performing teams. Experience within Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP). Proficiency in using NetSuite, with a good understanding of its financial and operational capabilities. Experience working within a FinTech, Payments, Banking or SaaS company.



THE TEAM





This role sits within Form3's Finance team and reports directly into the Financial Controller & Head of Treasury. As a key member of this team, you will work alongside a close knit group of experienced Finance professionals, based predominantly in the UK, supporting a company of over 200 employees.



This role would be ideal for a qualified Finance professional looking to transition into more of a strategic Business Partner role, combining core financial expertise with the opportunity to drive performance and influence key decision-making across the organisation.
