What's the role?

As our Finance Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of our Finance function. Reporting to the Financial Controller, you'll be responsible for everything from compliance and reporting to supplier management and cross-department collaboration.

You'll help drive smarter decisions through accurate, timely reporting, maintain strong relationships across the business, and bring ideas to the table that make our processes smarter, faster, and better. This is a role for someone who's hands-on, proactive, and passionate about turning data into strategy.

What you'll be doing:

Ensuring compliance with statutory accounting, VAT, and tax regulations Supporting the preparation of management accounts, prepayments, accruals, and variance reporting Managing client and supplier accounts, including onboarding, invoicing, and credit control Leading weekly financial updates and contributing to monthly dashboard reporting Handling FX transactions and intercompany spend in line with treasury policy Supporting the year-end statutory accounts process Recommending and implementing process improvements across systems and controls Acting as the go-to finance contact for cross-functional teams Overseeing purchase ledger activity and supplier payment runs Contributing to recruitment and mentorship within the finance team Taking part in Co-Labs to support innovation and cross-department collaboration

What we're looking for:

Part-qualified or newly qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) Solid experience in a finance role, ideally within an agency, creative, or fast-moving business Strong technical knowledge of reporting, compliance, and reconciliations Confident communicator who can present financial insights clearly and simply Detail-obsessed but commercially minded - you care about the story behind the numbers Highly organised, with excellent time management and the ability to juggle priorities Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement Comfortable with multi-entity and international finance operations
