What you\'ll do Your key accountabilities will include
  • Accurate monthly reporting; working with colleagues in the Shared Service Centre and with 3rd party providers to ensure the accurate recording of costs
  • Providing detailed variance analysis versus Budget, Forecast and last year on a monthly basis
  • Building robust finance plans (Forecasts, Budget and Long term plan) on a periodic basis ensuring all partners are engaged and aligned in the process
  • Building positive relationships with partners within the Finance Group
  • Proactively looking for opportunities to improve processes and reporting to remove reliance on manual and excel based reporting
Who you are Your skills and experience will include
  • A qualified accountant, able to translate operational activity into financial impact
  • Strong commercial awareness
  • Able to build relationships across both finance and non-finance partner groups
  • Can present complex information credibly to leadership teams
  • Willingness to challenge and lead change
