This is a superb opportunity to work within a busy and successful business based near Coulsdon.
This position would suit a Part-Qualified (as long as actively studying) or fully qualified Accountant, with drive, dynamism and the leadership ability to supervise a finance team.
You will be supporting the head of finance in the day-to-day running of the finance department- this is a position which could grow and evolve for the right candidate.
It could favour an experienced Management Accountant looking to make a step up but, equally, my client is keen to consider those in practice looking to take their first steps in industry.
You will be experienced in the preparation of management accounts, as well as being comfortable with all other areas of finance, as you will have oversight for a wider team of 6 (responsible for AP/AR, Treasury and Payroll).
Key responsibilities will include:

• Preparing all aspects of management accounts
• Cash flow forecasting
• Budget setting and Forecasting
• Overseeing a wider finance team of 6

The ideal candidate for this role will:

• Be ACCA, ACA or CIMA qualified- though those that are Part-Qualified (and actively studying) will also be considered
• Have at least some experience of supervising/ managing within a finance capacity (even if just 1/2 direct reports)
• Possess dynamism and an eye for improving existing systems and processes
• Have strong Excel skills (Intermediate to Advanced level)
• Be confident in the preparation of management accounts (all aspects)
• Be available to start a new role within two months of being offered one
