Duties

Oversee cost control measures to optimise resource allocation and efficiency. Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Conduct financial planning activities to align with organisational goals. Collaborate with other departments to support cross-functional initiatives.

Skills

Proven experience in financial management within the financial services sector. Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices. Excellent leadership abilities with a track record of managing teams effectively. Proficient in cost control methodologies and techniques. Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective stakeholder engagement.
