Role Title:
Finance Manager
Are you a skilled finance professional with a knack for numbers and a passion for excellence? We are seeking a talented Qualified Finance Manager with a minimum 1-2 years of experience to join our dynamic Corporate Finance team. Your role will be involved in the financial management of the company, including financial controllership, reporting, compliance, and strategic financial planning.
Key Areas of Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting and Analysis:
Ensure the accuracy and compliance of all financial records.
Preparation and finalisation of financial statements and reports.
Develop and maintain accounting policies, internal controls, and financial processes.
Financial close process to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
Tax compliance, including VAT, corporation tax, and other regulatory filings.
Cash flow and liquidity management.
Coordinate with auditors and regulatory bodies for financial reviews.
Build and maintain strong relationships with banks and external stakeholders.
Ensure timely reconciliation of accounts (bank and intercompany).
Payroll processing, employee expenses, and pension contributions.
Planning and Budgeting:
Support in creating the business plan
Prepare yearly budget at granular level to include targets for each function.
Management Presentations:
Create the framework for Financial Reporting to the Management
Prepare monthly Management Report for Ekiva and the Markets
Cost Analysis
Develop cost analysis framework along with deep dive to key business drivers
Identify cost optimisation opportunities.
What We're Looking For:
Professional qualification (e.g., CA, ACCA, CIMA).
Minimum of 1-2 years in corporate environment.
Proficiency in financial reporting and payroll systems (Sage is preferrable).
Full-time on site in Egham, ability to commute (ideally able to drive).
Must have the Right to Work in the UK / British Citizen, as we are unable to sponsor any visa applications.
Individual contributors demonstrating the capability and readiness to lead a team or manage direct reports in the future.
