We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Finance Manager to oversee our organisation's financial health and ensure sound fiscal management. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing financial strategies, managing financial reporting, and leading the finance team to achieve organisational goals. Responsibilities
Lead the preparation of financial statements, reports, and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
Oversee financial management activities including budgeting, cash flow management, and cost control initiatives.
Manage accounts payable processes ensuring timely and accurate payments.
Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to safeguard organisational assets.
Analyse financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with other departments to align financial strategies with organisational objectives.
Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
Support external audits and liaise with auditors as required.
Requirements
Proven experience in financial management, accounting, or related roles within a corporate environment.
Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices.
Experience in delivering financial services including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
Proficiency in financial planning tools and software.
Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
Relevant professional qualifications such as ACCA, CIMA or ACA are preferred but not essential.
Update payroll and personnel records
Training will be provided to support and develop the right candidate.
Support with day to day queries/login issues/HR support, working closely with our HR provider

Pay: From 16.35 per hour
