Role Description
Live Nation is hiring a Finance Manager to support financial planning and analysis across our EMEA Venues (excluding UK). This strategic role will partner with Venue Finance Heads and senior stakeholders to deliver accurate budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, while supporting financial accounting and ad hoc operational finance projects.
The successful candidate will be a credible finance professional with strong analytical skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced live entertainment environment. Who you are
Competencies / Skills / Knowledge / Experience

  • ACA qualified (or equivalent)
  • Strong Excel skills and ability to work with large data sets
  • Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Experience of financial accounting and reporting
  • Knowledge of Oracle, BPC/EPM, Onestream and MS Office
  • Experience with dashboards such as Power BI or Tableau
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
  • Able to build rapport and collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams alike.

What the role includes
Month end responsibilities
  • Review venue report submissions of forecast vs. actual variances.
  • P&L variance analysis for venues to be reported to US group (actual vs. forecast, budget and prior year).
  • Data handling and reviewing key data metrics such as total show attendance, events and show profitability. It includes commentary of variances arising from current forecast and annual budget.
  • Review of non-financial data including actual head count, actual events and total attendance metrics for each of the local venues of the division. Includes commentary of variances arising from current forecast and annual budget.
  • Reconciliation and tracking of CAPEX actuals between finance systems
Monthly forecast and annual budget responsibilities
  • Review monthly venue report submissions of forecast vs. prior forecast variances.
  • P&L forecast variance analysis for venues to be reported to US group (current forecast vs. prior forecast, budget and prior year).
  • Together with the FP&A team; assist and support the EMEA operations to ensure relevant information is provided and deadlines are met during the preparation of monthly forecast and annual budget.
  • Ownership of the preparation and analysis of timely and accurate reports referring to head count, legal, consultant, and capex of the division. It includes commentary and analysis of variances arising versus previous period's forecast and current budget
  • Responsible for identifying, reviewing and analysing the financial impact of digital and sponsorship activity on the division's P&L.
Other responsibilities
  • Liaise with EMEA finance teams to ensure information is presented in an effective manner and deadlines are met.
  • Use of Rome event management software to collect and report financial and non-financial metrics as part of wider reporting needs
  • Project work on testing and delivery of new global accounting (Oracle Fusion) and FP&A system (Onestream) being rolled out during 2026.
  • Other ad hoc analysis reports as required
