We're looking for a Finance Manager to join our Southern Water team based in and around Exeter
Location
: Exeter - hybrid working available, with travel to the office required 1 day per week
Hours
: 37.5 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us

What will you be responsible for?
As a Finance Manager, you'll be working within the Southern Water contract team, supporting them in delivering accurate financial reporting and partnering with operational teams to drive performance.
Your day-to-day will include:
Providing front-line financial support to local and regional management teams
Preparing and submitting weekly cash forecasts
Overseeing weekly and monthly reporting, including contract performance and WIP reports
Ensuring robust control of balance sheet, CVRs, and working capital
Partnering with Commercial and Operational teams on forecasts and performance analysis
What are we looking for?
This role of Finance Manager is great for you if:
You are ACCA/CIMA qualified (or equivalent)
You have experience managing large-scale projects under frameworks
You have demonstrable experience in the utilities sector, including civil engineering and electrical works
You have strong analytical, numerical, and planning skills
You can build strong relationships and work collaboratively across teams
