As we continue to grow, we're looking for a commercially strong

Finance Manager

to lead our finance function, shaping our financial strategy and supporting sustainable business growth. If you're ambitious, strategic, and passionate about making a real impact, this is your opportunity to step into a key leadership role.

What You'll Be Doing

Lead end-to-end finance operations, including planning, analysis, reporting, and risk management. Prepare accurate and insightful monthly management accounts for senior leadership. Drive financial strategy and modelling to support sustainable growth. Manage statutory accounts, VAT, tax compliance, and support audit processes. Oversee payroll and ensure compliance with financial and employment regulations. Promote strong governance and compliance across the company. Mentor and develop finance team members to strengthen performance. Identify and implement process improvements and system efficiencies.

Who We're Looking For

We'd love to hear from you if you:

Are a fully qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, or CIMA) Have significant leadership experience in finance, ideally with responsibility for a finance function. Possess strong technical accounting skills with a track record of driving performance improvements. Communicate confidently and influence at Board level. Are commercially minded, balancing financial control with growth opportunities. Have experience in events, logistics, sport, or fast-paced operational environments (desirable, but not essential).
