Are you a qualified finance professional looking to make a real impact in a dynamic, multi-site business? Brett Aggregates is seeking a Finance Manager to join our Faversham based team and provide financial counsel across our Aggregates business, supporting operations with insightful analysis and robust financial control.
Reporting to the Head of Finance, you'll be the key finance contact for our Commercial, Operational and Support teams. You'll lead the production of monthly management accounts, drive budgeting and forecasting processes, and deliver clear, actionable insights to improve business performance. You'll also play a vital role in maintaining financial control, ensuring accuracy across ledgers and balance sheets, and continuously improving finance processes to support strategic decision-making.
About Your Role
Prepare and publish timely, accurate monthly management accounts
Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, advising and challenging assumptions
Analyse performance against budget, forecast and prior year
Maintain clean balance sheets and ensure financial control
Identify and implement process improvements across finance and operations
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
We're Looking For
Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or qualified by experience
Strong management accounting experience, including stock accounting, variance analysis, and capital investment appraisal
Excellent Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, graphs, scenario functions)
Proven ability to present financial results and influence decision-makers
Experience in a medium/large organisation (turnover 20M+)
Manufacturing or multi-site experience desirable
