About the Company

Glevum Security Ltd, part of the wider TMA Group, is a professional security services provider experiencing continued growth. We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our team at our Gloucester office and take responsibility for key financial operations within the business.

The Role

This is a permanent, office-based role suited to an experienced finance professional. The Finance Manager will oversee all core finance functions and play a vital role in supporting the financial performance of Glevum Security.

Key Responsibilities

Full responsibility for payroll management, ensuring accuracy and compliance Managing client invoicing and timely billing processes Credit control, including monitoring outstanding accounts and chasing payments Preparing and maintaining budget forecasts and financial projections Producing monthly financial and management reports Maintaining accurate accounting records and reconciliations Liaising with external accountants, auditors, and group finance teams Supporting senior management with financial insight and planning

Essential Skills & Experience

Must have proven experience in a Finance Manager, Accounts Manager, or similar senior finance role Strong knowledge of payroll, invoicing, and credit control Experience with budgeting and forecasting Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Confident using accounting software and Microsoft Excel Ability to work independently in an office-based environment

Qualifications

Relevant accounting or finance qualification is essential
