The Opportunity



This isn't a back-office number job. It's the financial heartbeat of the company.
You'll keep our accounts accurate, our budgets on track, and our systems running like a well-oiled machine.

You'll have the space to streamline, improve, and shape how the business operates as we continue to grow.

What You'll Achieve



Deliver accurate, on-time monthly management accounts with full reconciliation. Maintain a rolling three-month cashflow forecast, updated weekly. Create, manage, and track budgets by department and property. Make sure every cost and payment is correctly tracked and coded per property. Implement cost-saving initiatives and improve financial systems with smarter processes and automation. Oversee compliance across VAT, PAYE, Companies House filings, and council invoicing. Manage business insurances, HR admin, and general office operations so everything runs smoothly.
In short, you'll turn vision into execution and numbers into confidence.
