Responsibilities

Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's objectives. Oversee all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Manage financial accounting processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations. Lead the team in delivering high-quality financial services and support across the organisation. Monitor accounts payable processes to ensure timely payments and maintain strong vendor relationships. Conduct regular cost control assessments to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains. Prepare detailed financial reports for senior management and stakeholders to inform decision-making. Collaborate with other departments to align financial planning with operational goals.

Qualifications

Proven experience in financial management, with a strong understanding of financial accounting principles. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a finance team. Strong analytical skills with experience in financial planning and analysis. Knowledge of accounts payable processes and best practices in cost control. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly. Relevant qualifications in finance or accounting (e.g., ACCA, CIMA) are preferred but not essential for candidates with significant experience in the field.
