Job Summary

Duties

Manage and oversee all aspects of financial accounting, including accounts payable and receivable. Develop and implement financial planning strategies to support organisational objectives. Monitor and control costs to ensure efficient use of resources and maximise profitability. Prepare accurate financial reports, forecasts, and budgets for senior management review. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, providing guidance on financial policies. Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to enhance their skills and performance. Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights that inform decision-making processes. Conduct regular audits of financial processes to identify areas for improvement.

Skills

Proficient in financial management principles, including cost control and financial planning. Strong knowledge of financial accounting practices and regulations. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Experience in the financial services sector is advantageous. Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail for accurate reporting. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey complex information clearly. Proficient in using financial software and tools for data analysis and reporting.
