As we expand our services, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Finance Manager to join our leadership team and play a vital role in shaping the financial success of our organisation.
The Role
As Finance Manager, you will take full ownership of the financial management of the business. This is a hands-on role that involves everything from day-to-day finance operations to strategic financial planning and reporting. You will work closely with the senior leadership team to ensure financial stability, compliance, and informed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee payroll, invoicing, bank reconciliations, and supplier payments Ensure compliance with financial regulations, including HMRC Maintain and improve internal financial controls and systems Liaise with external accountants, auditors, and stakeholders Support and supervise junior finance staff
What We're Looking For
Part Qualified accountant or qualified by experience Minimum of 2 years in a finance Strong working knowledge of UK accounting principles and regulatory requirements Proficient in financial software (e.g., Xero, Dext , Bankline) and Microsoft Excel Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and commercial awareness Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines Experience in the care, healthcare, or non-profit sectors is desirable but not essential
